23.2. All health insurance cards expire on the last day of the month indicated on the card.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, the health insurance card of a minor foreign national referred to in paragraph 5 of section 2 and in paragraph 7 of section 3 expires on the last day of the month indicated on the card or on the day preceding the minor foreign national’s 18th birthday, whichever occurs first.
